2. What data we process
Data you provide
When you fill in the contact form you give us your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number and the text of your message, with any information you decide to include (for example dates of stay and number of guests). The same applies to data you send us by e-mail, by phone or on WhatsApp. Please do not include unnecessary data in your message, in particular health data or other special categories of data.
Browsing data
The systems that run the website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser and operating system. This data is used to ensure the operation and security of the website and is kept in the server logs for limited periods, according to the hosting provider's rotation procedures.
Spam protection of the form
To prevent automated submissions the form uses technical checks that do not rely on external services (no reCAPTCHA). To limit the number of submissions, the IP address is stored only in encrypted, non-reversible form (hash) and is automatically deleted within 24 hours. Blocked submission attempts are not recorded.
Visit statistics
Only if you give your consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to collect aggregate statistics on visits:
pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, approximate geographic area. The data is associated with a pseudonymous
identifier stored in the _ga cookies; advertising signals are disabled and Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.

The website uses a technical cookie to remember your cookie choices. Statistical cookies (Google Analytics) and third-party content (Google Maps) are only loaded with your consent. All the details are in the Cookie Policy.

5. Transfers outside the European Union
The website and the form messages are managed on servers located in the European Union. If you consent to statistics or to the Google Maps map, or write to us on WhatsApp, Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. may process some data in the United States: in that case the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and on the safeguards offered by these providers.

The website contains links to Booking.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. When you click on these links you leave our website: the processing of data is governed by the privacy policies of those services. Bookings made on Booking.com are also subject to its terms.
